Located on an incredible south Wellington site, Claire’s own project has overcome challenging conditions and steep topography to achieve an amazing home. Nestled in native bush, the house is anchored back into solid rock and spread across three levels that step up into the hill.
He Pae Atawhai translates as ‘a site of nurture’. This house was intentionally designed to provide a nurturing place for the family. Passive House certification provides certainty, allowing space for Claire’s children to grow and thrive.
